F5 Store offers COD (Cash on Delivery), Net Banking and Credit Card Payments.
Delivery shall be made within 1 to 3 working days, from date of order acceptance.
Cancellation of an order either partially or fully, will be accepted only if received within 12 Hours of placing an order or before Shipment whichever is earlier.
Returns will be permitted only if a product differs from the one you ordered, packaging is tampered, is found defective or damaged, or warranty indicated in the product label has expired, at the time of delivery. In such cases, the product can be returned to the delivery person, where personal door delivery is made and details can be sent through mail. If consignment is sent through any other mode like courier, the defective product can be returned in person or through courier, in a secured package, indicating the customer and Invoice details, to the address notified under.
Goods once sold/shipped will not be taken back for flimsy reasons such as you don’t like the taste or flavor, or package not attractive, etc.
Cash refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.
The defective product will be replaced with a fresh one depending upon availability. If some of the product which needs replacement is out of stock, the customer can choose another product of the same or higher value, paying the difference amount.
For Gift wrapped items, the wrapper charges will not be refunded.
Orders placed for Snacks cannot be cancelled and will not be taken back, once order is confirmed.
